Little Red Riding Hood - a musical pantomime

Red Riding Hood and her sisters run away from home to escape the Bad Baron
On their way to Grandma's cottage they meet Lupe - a hungry wolf!
They are rescued by Basil, the Baron's steward (who has become tired of being a villain and wants to be a hero instead)
Lupe escapes and reaches Grandma's cottage ahead of time, where he finds that Grandma shares his interest in food, and so they settle down to cooking together
When Red Riding Hood arrives, Lupe dresses in Grandma's clothes to try to trap her
But Basil comes to the rescue again and Lupe surrenders and promises to help dispose of the wicked Baron
Cast : 10 speaking parts (several variable m/f) + chorus
Suggested Age Range : 11 to 16 - runs about 75 minutes + interval
Music : The Score of the original music is available which can be performed by a piano or piano + drum kit, but is best from a small band
Set : Two interiors plus various parts of the forest
