Homicide detectives Robert Fischer and Benito Castell are called to the scene of an individual who - apparently - committed suicide

But Robert and Benito aren't convinced it was suicide

Especially since they had found another individual dead not a few days prior.

As the detectives begin to dig deeper, political scandal and dishonesty put a strain on their friendship - especially when a dark secret is revealed involving Robert and his partner's estranged wife

But as their witnesses keep dropping dead, the two must put aside the friction and catch the killer
